The Lord is GOoD to me...

The LORD is good 
to those whose hope 
is in Him. Would
there be more rope 

attached to those
who search for Him,
if you suppose
his love - more dim?

or - stronger still?
Would they have more
to go though 'till
they found the door?

For if his love
is stong as god
come from above
moving forward,

and he often
plays hide and seek
(the count, and then
he has a peek);

he's like a child
seeking someone
(he might be wild
he might be fun)

and his idea
of what is true
& fair, I fear
might differ to

(or from?) this world's,
but I'm convinced 
that all details
of lives that whinced

when they saw pain
because of love
are born again,
there, from above

and will remain
as scars recall
the wound and speak
of times we fall

and may look weak,
but tell it all
before we speak..
Though we be small,

could he be wise
enough to weave
through all our lives
continually,

some bright new clothes
that shine like light
for us, from those
old un-delights?
