May God give you each good and true desi’r,
and heartfelt longings that he has himself,
and may it be your plans will take things high’r,
and thus come to succeed, as thriving health!
Then we will celebrate and shout for joy
when we hear of your victory! Yes, God
will answer all your prayers, do not be coy,
then we will praise him! - & that won't be odd!
The most important thing in life’s to give
out love to other people whom we meet,
and also let it come in, be a sieve
to keep out un-love to folk when we greet
or say goodbyes, and stuff that’s in-between.
Most people seem to think they don’t deserve
it, or they think that they are being mean
to reach out and receive it - what a nerve!
Or else they think that it might soften them,
make open to abuse, or vulnerable.
But Jesus teaches me to live again
just like a child: with trust, and plain humble;
with eagerly expectant open eyes
they’re glad of love, and take it in as food;
they’re innocent of evil, and surprise(!)
they don’t consider "heaven" to be rude.
As children, be not anxious, but in all
your situations pray and give God thanks
for he has done what should keep you enthralled.
His peace can guard your hearts and minds like banks!
May God give you every desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed!! May we celebrate and shout for joy when we hear of your victory!!Yes, God will answer your prayers and we will praise him!! Psalm 20:4-5 (PM Version)
“~The most important thing in life is to give out love, and to let it come in” Most people don't think that they deserve it, or think that they are allowed to have it, etc. They think it makes you soft. (Paraphrased from “Tuesdays with Morrie”)
'Jesus teaches me to live once again like a child: full of faith; eyes wide open in eager expectation; humble in all things; innocent in regards to what is evil. For it is when we are changed to be once again like little children that we can enter the kingdom of heaven...' Matthew 18:3-4 (CR Version)
I am not anxious about anything, but in every situation, I pray and give thanks to God for all he has done.
