Oh God, we pray for that young bloke who’s been
quite hungry to know you - enough to've read
and underline his bible. But he’s seen
a really hard time when he named and shared
about his own belief in Jesus Christ.
We ask for your protection of his soul,
may your wisdom internally suffice
to give him courage and to make him bold
in showing out the life of heaven here,
the love that needs expression to get real,
your peace, and joy because his Lord is near.
May he continue, even grow in zeal
to be a conduit of your thoughtful love
that isn’t backing down, but standing up,
so showing in your world here, from above,
your lava/ love that oozes & erupts.
