Yes! Blest are you God Yahweh,
the one who IS, in all ways;
Emperor of the Universe,
Maker of the Hea’ens and Earth,
who opens the lids of eyes,
& closes blue curtained skies,
who opens each mind and ear
to focus, use well, not fear.
Thank you for the sleep we’ve had,
on waking to you, we’re glad!
Yes,
Yes!

An idea that came Sat morning (10/10/2026) over coffee at a friends’ place... (It felt like it needed to be nurtured to birth? - one example is now above):
In line with those Jewish prayers Jesus prayed... Getting a (or a couple of) simple, short, heart warming, truth speaking prayer(s) to start us off on any given day to pray in bed as we get up, or in the lounge, or at breaky together. Then every family or household group have a go at putting it to a chant, or a Karta, or a song, ( i.e. adding a dimension to it), so that we end up with 7 or 10 usable versions between us, to help us set our hearts at the start of the day, with some choice and variety built-in (after we learn each other's versions).
After that, we could work on one for the time before we are about to fall into the unconsciousness of sleep. … etc...
