Oh God we thank you for our Jason, - shoot!
we mention he's in hospital today -
pneumonia in his lungs, and things to boot.
He’s been quite ill, we don't know what to say.
I feel like Mary telling Jesus Christ
“The wine has run out, at this wedding here.”
She kept on thinking that he would, suffice
to say, be quite enough to bring back cheer.
Please help the doctors working with him now,
to have your wisdom and to see what’s wrong,
to have your wisdom and to see what’s wrong,
to also see how healing could somehow
be worked with, and allowed to bring health on.
We thank you for the lovely wife he's got,
the C., Z., J., their offspring there, from you,
and pray that Jesus’ truth, hope, love - the lot,
be known to him and them, as really true,
at this time of their need, please help them Lord...
Your body, may it let you work away,
to mediate your life, and love restored.
Please do provide their daily bread today.
And help us see how we can be your hands
and feet, support, and fam'ly to this one.
Espec'ly when they do not understand
such things, and want to follow as your son…
'till Christ be formed within this fam'ly there.
That they'll know God at work within his world.
Oh, don't just bless them, please give us a share,
that you'll be where the each of us is hurled.
