birthday boy, and girl ..

If Bevan and his Beth have older grown

each year that passes by until they've shown

that three score years and ten, are not the end;

four score, or even more, their way can wend,

and still be bringing life to those they see,

and listen to, as Jesus said that he

came to this world, so life abundantly

might come to all who know him person’ly.

And though they’ve found that their own  bodies be

full wearing out, till both the "he" and "she"

will find what bends goes straight, what’s straight will bend,

yet still some parts will move, and also mend.

I hope and pray old fears will now be  blown

away as they know more as they are known!
