So learn this, as one who has planned to stand:

see that you watch or take heed lest you fall.

With watching, heeding (add op-en prayer and),

then you can know in your life -  through it all,

there's no temptation, no test seizing you

that isn't humanish (- same old, same old..).

This God we trust in, who's faithful & true,

won't let your testing be too much, we're told.

But with each test he's hand-made a way out,

that we (his children) will find as we need.

So testing serves us. (See that we don't pout!

In suff'ring) we'll en-dure (and kill our weeds)!
