while in the flesh (which you now are as well);
arm yourselves with his mind (get it buffered,
instead of adding to a living hell).
- his understanding, and expectancy,
his attitude within it, and his "take"
on what to do, in God's good world since he
not taken in, still coped with our mistakes,
and also just the weakness in our selves,
our failures from commitment to desire,
the giving in to what now "overwhelms",
instead of standing firm, because a higher
one's word has come, (and tap it's inbuilt pow'rs
to make a world from nothing - as it did),
recall that suff'ring in this flesh of ours
will mean we're done with sin, and capped it's lid!
No longer motivated by our lusts
(desires that left unbounded rule the roost),
led by and heading to God's will, we trust
some one who knows much better. And to boost
the case, he's "good-er" than we are;
compared to God, the human who's the best,
is still unjust and hasn't come that far;
God's into growing chicks up in his nest!
Sometimes he might not heed our comfort cries,
and sometimes, he might push us from the zone
where we feel quite secure; as eagle flies
above, below, its babies it has thrown
out of its nest, it helps them go beyond
where they could go - they "know" (at least they feel).
God's will's that we in suffering respond
to love, to find our courage, not just squeal.
This living by, and to, and for, the will
of God, within our time left "in the flesh",
was just Yeshua's focus here until
God took him up to see their thrones enmeshed.
And when Yeshua taught us how to pray
he said to pray "God's will" be done on Earth
just like it was in heaven, where the way
appears to be, to do God's will from birth.
1Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body has finished with sin. 2As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God. 1 Peter 4:1-2 NIVUK
Since Christ suffered physically, you too must strengthen yourselves with the same way of thinking that he had; because whoever suffers physically is no longer involved with sin. From now on, then, you must live the rest of your earthly lives controlled by God's will and not by human desires. 1 Peter 4:1-2 GNTD
