Dear Father of me
(& others as well),
I'm glad that you be
here with us, and dwell
on this very Earth
(& look after Mum),
where we've had our birth,
we're glad that you've come
and stayed for this time,
& helped us to see
both reason & rhyme
for following He
who was named Jesus
(Hebrew: Yeshua)
- the one who "frees us
from sin" for sure.
So God, thanks for Dad
whom you've given me,
(who is very rad-
i-CAL). Help him see
more of his Father
(that's Jesus - our King)
& may he rather
be free to help bring...
more people (like him-
self) daily to you
- a Father who'll sing,
& care, & who'll croon.
