My dear brothers let
everyone of you
not ever forget
but prove to be True,

the Way of Life which
(or should I say “who”?)
came here as “the stitch
in Time” (which then “flew”),

mod’ling the culture
of Eternity;
(unlike a vulture)
gives its self to feed;

gets its food from light
& wind that it breathes,
water (out of sight)
is sucked up by trees;

thus they make their food,
happily share their fruit.
God's plan is not rude,
quite complex, and “beaut.”

I recall him clear:
quick (as wolf, or cat)
to listen, & hear,
& not only that,

listens actively,
not passive, though “still”,
not just “fact-ively”,
“feelingly” until

“living listening”
was his clear trademark.
God's word glistening
in his ear to start,

his ear “ringed” – (a slave),
& to others too
listening love behaved
as a man who's true.

Words were carefully saved,
not quickly let out,
thus his road was paved,
“slow to speak” - no doubt.

Words were to “build up”
and convey true love
so questions filled up
instead of angry shoves,

well, slow to anger
not quick fused from self's
rights violated,
his anger had health,

and was born of love,
as this one was sent
& borne from above:
“QUICK..., SLOW.., SLOW...” it went!

Instead of just words
good acts have to come;
corruption (this World's)
swept out; “all”, not “some”.

A Prayer in a Marriage celebration (that is both English and German)

You now have the chance to participate in a very short prayer.

1) God made all things good. At a marriage we especially remember that SEX was made by God, and is a good gift!

2) We're going to take one step further the afirming Hebew word "Amen" which is often said at the end of prayers. Join me in saying, instead of "Amen": "Hooray!"

3) The clue is; INSTEAD of "SEX", we're going to say "Hooray!"

has hastened, flown fast,

& all these his kids,
I would not rather

here in his household

to see his likeness
(though many are dead
in This World's cycles
of decay that's led

to where we are now;
Love - hardly knowing,
but too with somehow
a hunger growing

- not just to fill "self",
but help real-ize
Love's undying health
- that looks past these skies)

So I'll "look out of"
all these things I see
to what God's proud of,
through windows round me.

A brother’s fortnight of learning to be more open with God, that has led to being broken, but blessed.

God, I hear from this brother

that you have been at work:

glad that his Father/ mother

listen and then don't shirk.

You his (Mother and) Father

have good dreams for him too,

and as a hen will gather

it chicks under wings. You

like that man, Son of Adam,

who like a little kid

would scurry to his dad ‘n

copy  everything he did,

and look for his approval

and know He would be pleased;

his first job was removal

of ignorance (he “sneezed”

his eyes to Heaven, groaning,

his open heart believed

and trusted God's atoning

life to be enough, he breathed

openly, and then said it

“Ephatha” (which was code

for)  - “Open up!” We’ve read it

fast - what if it was slowed

down? - and then we “heard” the word

(and all Creation too!)?

Ears and tongues and (quite absurd)

neural pathways laid new(!)

and a heart that “opened up”

to God's message to it;

take it in (and not pass up),

reflect, not eschew, it!

Presently… turn your problems into boxes..

One is… make the boxes (put work into these, not that kind of “no work”, but creative energies).

Two is.. tip your problems into them, complete. Might be what you thought of, but might not be so neat.

Three is give them all away (this could be a meaning of that “Boxing Day”) to someone who would appreciate the gift, for whom they won’t be problems; - might even be a “lift”.
