Bouncing off a 1st C letter to Hebrew followers of Yeshua (Heb 4:11-13),
Let us therefore do our best
to enter into God's rest -
so we do not fail the test,
don't like them stray from the quest!
For God's word is a living
implement that is seiving,
does surgery on our plans
-judging all motives of man's.
No-one can be hid from God
all will know his judgement rod.
Before him we all must stand,
all we've thought, and done, and planned.
