So here's what I have learned throughout my life;

Leave all your cares and worries at the feet

of Yahweh who's your Lord, where his love's rife

with grace that's measureless and  strong, and sweet!

When those who understand and value; "sick",

the queen of virtues, Perseverance - [P],

(which we have the propensity to pick

up as we live, but none have when conceived),

then passionately grow it further yet,

& hold it (so it will not slip away)

within their life, creatively forget-

ting how to do the "poor me" thing; who say

the things that come from gratefulness and thanks,

implicit trust in goodness here below

that's just a small reflection of the banks

of it that are beyond our ken to "know"

by logic, or the "evidential" quest,

which quite forgets what ain't self-evident - 

a theory not proposed by them to test

will not advance, can hardly gain ascent.

It's only when we "know" some other "guy"

(which is a guise for guys and girls alike)

and trust their quest to be true, that they'll try

to grow all understanding; not to spike

our drinks and then get for themselves, their loot.

To persevere discerning, then to trust

who's proved themselves trustworthy. What a hoot!

To persevere in doing what we must!
