'Is Vision...

Therefore the Lord himself will wait upon,

our stubborn wills to let them soak in love,

not as a judge who wants to get back home

and so must rush proceedings and above

all wants to get things over, so he'll rest

and have a holiday away himself.

It's unbelievable, that in the nest

the mother bird will give up even health,

and fluff her feathers up protecting chicks

from fire and danger, preditors around.

She waits upon them and takes many kicks,

and when her life is over chicks abound!

And Yahweh, and Yeshua his own son,

who copied all he saw his father do,

will both be hanging round, and get "undone"

in order to be gracious unto you; 

and therefore he will rise up and exalt,

absorbing all our sickness, violence, welts

and teaching us to be ourselves as salt

and light unto the nations, though he's dealt

some hideous and horrible outbursts,

and grieves to see his children's lives unlived.

His justice will not be dismissed or worse,

just fall away, as some say "just forgive!"

His mercy is the only thing that trumps

his justice, and it comes to those who wait

to see it cover over all our stumps…

As live prosthetics coming would elate!
