WHEN MAKING DOESN'T “MAKE”!

I’m confident of this, that He who has
begun a good work in you will complete
it ’til the day of Jesus who’s from Naz-
areth, who's called the Christ of God. We'll eat,

& drink to him who knew the use of prayer,
and taught us how to pray for his own men,
and modelled being watchful everywhere,
and thankful that God would provide - as friend.

Keep praying, being watchful with a thank-
ful heart, for all provisions that have come,
my treasure's safer with him than a bank.
God says I know the plans I have (& some!..)

for you. They’re plans for good and not disast-
-er, giving you a hope and future bright.
And Jesus added, God's Kingdom is last-
-er, first-er, not just “out there”, but  inside.

So let us celebrate and give thanks to
the God and Father of our Lord &  Christ!!
Because of His great mercy He gave you,
and me, by raising Jesus up, new life -

stampeding thus this way, & filled with hope -
that's living and more pow-er-full than stuff.
But discipline or forethought will elope
with cre-a-tiv-it-y, and then enough

beats pain and brings the transformation of
our characters - a harvest of the heart,
& righteousness and peace are born to hov-
er like that spirit-bird there at the start.

I am confident of this, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6 (PM Version)

Keep praying, being watchful with a thankful heart. Colossians 4:2 (PM Version)

I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (PM Version)

Jesus replied " The Kingdom of God never comes by watching for it. Man cannot say, 'Look, here it is' or 'there it is', for the Kingdom of God is inside you." Luke 17:20b-21 (PM Version)

Let us celebrate and give thanks to our God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! Because of His great mercy He gave us new life by raising Jesus Christ from death. This fills us with a living hope!! 1 Peter 1:3 (PM Version)

Discipline seems to be more pain than pleasure at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character, bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield to it. Hebrews 12:11 (PM Version)
