Brother, thinking of you. Glad that community health worker (Janine) is there. I've got a cold at the mo, and for the last week. So I won't come near you till I'm over it.
God, help this fellow there at home again
to learn to breath that air and rest, refrain
from thinking and controlling what he can't,
and trust as a small child, who's open armed
to what's allowed to come his way this day,
until his body's newly made away
with, & his brand new bod, grown from this seed,
is then popped onto Earth-top here in deed!
