Hey, please pray for us in our weakness

Yeh, please pray for us in our weakness..

I (& Katrina) are here in Orange. God has been working quietly & solidly. Though, increasingly (we see now) over the last few days, & culminating with today, I (& Katrina) feel frazzled, grumpy, crotchety and "on the edge". A few mistakes, a failure or two in study and other things, & inadequacies in mental ability, and possible-changes-in-schedule etc (uncertainties) may be seen as the cause, but it also coincides with God working quietly & wonderfully in us & though us, it does feel like we are on the cusp of something important in terms of simple obedience and seeing God's kingdom advancing, so I imagine that we'll need refining & testing to hep us to be able to co-operate with God properly, and I also imagine that the "weevil one" will not be happy and will try to white-ant/ undo God's good work in us and through us. Please pray with us to look at and listen to the Lord Jesus and learn to confidently (for the sake of his kingdom, not to prove our prowess, or to feed the traitorous show-offy-ness lurking in us) walk on water at his command to come!

And we echo back to him... (Maranatha!) Come Lord - Jesus!

God please do your thing!
Your thing mightn't look
(or feel) quite like "bling",
but we see you took

such measures to bring
our names to your book
and make our hearts sing,
use your shepherd's crook!

Maybe we'll feel "caught"
when you lift us up.
You're the one who bought
us with shepherd's blood.

So we say, "Please do
what you think is best.
Help us please though too
to trust and to rest

in you, who has proved
your own self to be
faithful, and still moved
by your own pity.

Oh, we thank you, God.
Thank you for: sending
Jesus who has trod
this way, and rending

the curtain between
you and us in him
who cleans us with "steam"/
"spirit-breath", from sin,
...........................to win,
..........................begin,
.........................amen!
