(40yr Wedding Anniversary 2026)
Our kids (& their families) chipped in to buy us tickets to the Red Hot Summer Tour Concert near Newcastle, 24 Jan 2026. The artists were the singers and bands of Kasey Chambers, Jess Hitchcock, The Cat Empire, The Cruel Sea, Missy Higgins, and Paul Kelly. An amazing trip from Orange where we lost a front shock absorber about half way down and had to travel the rest of the way (there & back) at greatly reduced speed, listening to a Sci-fi Fantasy Novel. Stayed at an AirBnB, then off to this amazing concert before 11am, back around 10pm… lovely Indian food both nights.
