*(family/ loyal/ covenant/ fair-dinkum/ unwritten-though-not-unexpressed-or-unperceived) - LOVE°!
I’m banking all my life & hopes on this.
I’m betting all my wealth & chips to win.
I’m trusting more than mechanisms, his..
his fatherly advice, example in
well, ev’rything to do with how to be,
to think, to act, and motivations too,
his “means and ends” for everything we see,
and much that we will never. Way to do!
The path or way to get to changes made,
within a Universe where time and choice
exist, though we ourselves are portals bade
by gods from some dimension - we’re their voice.
So choosing from among the gods, whom we
will listen to, and learn from, to grow up
to really become like-nesses of, see
things through the eyes of, with the same tender
provision, sense of humour, culture’s stuff:
the language used and why & when, & how,
the things that we enact, and keep, enough
to then, in turn, define, before our bow!
Our method, where our hopes and dreams are seen.
The kind of things that bring our anger out,
or gladness, pleasure, what frustration means
for us, and how we deal with it. D’we shout?
Would we be willing to destroy a thing
once we have spent creative work on it?
Would we be able to refrain? -to sing
when our own will was crossed? What’s our gambit?
° A “sure-fire”**, most-excellent, winning way; that is easy, not hard (though there is some small aspect that needs to be hard for the whole thing to work - hard as nails). Easy, though there is definitely a need for diligence, and discipline, and dependence (=discipl-eship).
** (Not that I won’t experience a full on simulation & experience of pulling the trigger and hearing only a click, and perceiving that no apparent projectile emerges.) “Sure-fire” here is meaning primarily “sure”, “never fails”, “certain”, “won’t let you down”, “brings existence into being, so cannot just cease itself”... all of which words or phrases are not labels, but signposts, which point to something that you see when you look past the sign in the direction it is pointing. Then the multiplicity of signposts (words), especially if from different angles, can help you to pinpoint the actuality (that no label can permanently stick to), and come to actually know (easily), that which otherwise, by word-labels only, would be unknowable (since the labels won’t stick to it).
