never forsaken, not never forced achin'; though the end won't include pain and sickness.

Jesus said, “He will never leave me nor forsake me.” Hebrews 13:5 (PM Version)

 well,...

I think God said that (Heb 13:5, Deut 31:6) to Yeshua, and (by extension) to his body (of people).

Though, not being forsaken by God, apparently does not mean we'll always feel him close though, like Ps16 we may report the times we do, and do what we can to "set the LORD always before me" :

Yeshua, still felt forsaken.....

but then he was asking a question of the one who had (appeared to have) forsaken him,....

 and hoping for an answer...

Thank you Lord Jesus for showing us how to even handle feeling forsaken by your God, and our God, your Father, and our Father.

Thank you Father for keeping your word and vindicating our Lord Jesus, your anointed one!

Thank you Holy Spirit for bringing the very spirit of the Lord Jesus into us! - that we might also pray "Abba..."
