What was that Celtic book of prayers?

A couple of years ago, at Desert Trek, for evening devotions you read from a (Celtic?) book of prayers (devotions?). Do you remember the book I might be referring to? Could you tell me the title and author (or enough identifying information to perhaps track it down and buy a copy)?

Yes, My wife has loaned ours out i think, it is Celtic daily prayer.
Here is a link to the prayers on the web.  very accessible, through the links to the Daily Office on the RHS of the page.

God, please help this brother
and sister, with their bairns,
to serve as a mother
serves loved ones with her hands,
and lips. With warnings - "Burn-ey!"
May they, as they build cairns
of stones to mark the journey
still listen to God's plans
and thus become his prophet
who, like Jeremiah said,
speak God's Word (don't cough it),
and folk hear, and understand,
and turn from their wicked ways
to their God who saved them
that's what Jeremiah says
Oh, make it true (again)!
