The shell of a life..

A walk on the beach
this afternoon,
a lesson to teach
me, but a goon,
and I'm not sure what
it wants to say,
but it somehow got
to me today..
somehow this object
-shell of a life-
made me think more of
the live thing inside,
& that scaffolding
which helps the life live
moulded & moulding,
& too as a seive,
is often what lasts-
the memory of life;
but not as repasts
have with my wife..
Strange that New Adam
chose food & drink.
Different to Saddam
