Oh God, we like this learning with the  WORD!

We know you call us to love you Abba,

with all our minds & heart, soul, strength. We've heard 

that you want us to love also each other

as we would like ourselves to be loved too.

Please help us now, and then,  to learn to do,

this simple act of love that follows YOU

whom we have learned "ARE LOVE!" We won't eschew,

but ask for all your help, inside, in leaux

of any other thing, that is quite good,

yet without love, the kind that comes from you,

will not fulfill its purpose, as it should.

And thinking of these minds you've given us,

We won't complain about them, winge, or whine,

but ask for help from you. We'll let you fuss

to help us to recall, adduce, divine, 

and also to imagine as we can,

to manufacture pictures, so to hold

the truth itself, so we can mine, each man,

each woman who are yours. We'll be that bold!

Hmmm. Yes, there are maintenance (& development) disciplines. 

It seems to me (from Gen 1-5, and the rest of the bible, especially the New Testament) that there seems to be two completely different "Me"s; with two different ancestries, and two different futures. 

And this life is a "choose your own adventure" set up:

We can choose the kind of human (son of Adam) to be,

 and the kind of future to inherit.

There's 

• Cain, the first "son of Adam", 

or 

• Yeshua, the last "son of Adam".

And there's 

• all the mechanisms and processes of this world that we can father, or pioneer, or help bring about (e.g. cities, mining, music making, animal herding, etc), with a "Me" that is defined by what we have fathered in terms of these achievements in this world that is "passing", 

or there is 

• the seemingly insignificant option of fathering new baby humans, that we can spend time with and become a true father of - not as a self-serving project, but as a chance to give our life to others to set them free, to be all that they were meant to be.. - & in that process of passing on to others, we are given a real permanent self (or "Me") to be(come) ourselves, in the creator God's new creation.

Everyone dies - Not everyone truly lives!

1. The story of the scriptures is to us

a Way to hold much truth - in ways that let

it still be mined to find the gold as such

in other times and places that we get.

2. And in that story, God says they would die,

right "in the day you eat thereof" - surely! -

if they were to look for wisdom on high

but act like it would come from fruit on tree,

3. instead of time, and shared life with their dad.

But then the story lets it look like life 

continues for eight cent'ries more (though sad) 

before Adam will see his death, though strife

4. he'll see enough! The story begs us to 

look more, below the surface,  check who speaks.

And ask what God could mean? What did ensue?

What that might mean for ev'ry one who peeks?

5. Does that mean that we're born dead? Me, & you?

And will we all lose physical lives too?

And many people died on crosses, who

might even hope their death might help a few.

6. At least that kind of death shows friendship true,

but still, though rare, a thing that may occur.

So not unique in history. God's choose-

ing is to side with those most seen to err.

7. His prophet, his anointed leader then

must suffer in a way none would desire,

and show the kind of loy'lty of a friend,

the kind of life that's recognised as higher!

Beginning with the end that's given me,

I try to use the strength I have from God.

He shows me how, a better man I'll be,

if trusting him, doesn't at all seem odd.

I give him thanks for bread and too, for wine.

The Lord has given all the things I need.

His spirit's fruit that comes from love, divine.

It makes me want his warnings here to heed.

A blessing from my burden, he will make,

inside me, so I'll be a blessing too.

He'll teach me with his children, bread to break,

Untill we can together drink wine, new!

Together with the one who'll take our woes.

The Earth and all within it will be glad!

From bottom to the top, from heads to toes,

and wipe the tears from all those who are sad.

He said that he would come on clouds to bring,

a dif'rent kind of change than those who rule,

at present now, so, helpless ones can sing.

A change will come for wise man, and for fool!

Yeshua said, that his way is the one,

to bring to us a light to stop our feet,

from stumbling on a rock, where we saw none.

So we could keep on walking, and like Pete,

the one that they call Simon in that book,

I think that even if we fall headlong,

Yeshua wouldn't call that man a crook,

if he would just admit that he was wrong.

But, not with just his words...From deep inside.

I think that Peter realised what he'd done,

Though, at the time, when questioned, he would hide,

it took some time to learn just how to run,

not further from the truth, but closer still.

To cuddle up to it, like mum and bub.

To do the thing that's difficult, but will,

in time show that, that wisdom, ain't that odd.

I am asked "Is it true that Christ died for our sins?"

(or was the question more like: Will you agree that nothing else is as important? If so, my response would be "As important" - As what? -For what purpose?) ... (etc)...

A jewel in the crown upon the head

of God's anointed leader of us all.

Along with other jewels, it be said:

"not recognized", "rejected", "suffered well", …

"was buried (& descended into hell)".

And these should not be minimized at all.

For ev'ry part is needful to the whole,

and any part you love, you can recall

and speak again - from love, no other mo-

tive's good enough to cause truth to be told,

in this the world of God, where he would show

off how we're made to live. So we are  bold!

We'll learn from him what crucifiction's like,

instead of running off the other way,

and letting others lead, from fear of spikes

in hands and feet (then put up on display).

And learn how we must do as he has done,

and take up our own cross (decidedly).

Decide to do God's will, when its not fun,

as he has said "Come follow after me".

He led the way (not from his need at all)

on how to deal with sin within ourselves:

a slow and painful death, if I recall,

that's willingly deny it, take it's health

and freedom to explore and rule God's world

through this one portal - being my own self.

Responsive love, lets his flag be unfurled

upon "my soil"; I'm in his Commonwealth!

A jewel upon the head of God's chosen ruler of the world, his son, the leader of humanity, thus ruler of their world - the Christ.

• Christ was sent to Earth in the purposes and counsels of God our Father, at just the right time - and 

• Christ came to Earth, 

• Christ Lived - a good life, no a really Good life, the life of a god!

• Christ was rejected,

• Christ was "made to suffer",

• Christ died (for us to be joined with (follow) him, in both life and death, this we especially need - because of our sins),

• Christ was buried (& descended into hell),

• Christ has risen from the dead,

• Christ Ascended into heaven,

• Christ will come again to Earth, again at "just the right time", set by the Father (from whom all fatherhood gains its name and meaning) as both Ruler & Judge.

• Christ has started to bring in, and through him will all the New Creation of God be brought into being.

• Christ will continue to be happy to live subordinately with his Father, who is the Father of all humanity.

who's Jesus Christ the one who blesses us

with every blessing spiritual that's come

through heavenly realms, from Christ himself as he

chose us to be in him before there's some

foundations laid for this world; so we'd be

before him, blameless, and holy, in love;

and destined for adoption as his sons

through Jesus Christ by will of who's above

according to the pleasure of that one,

to praise the glory of that gracious flood

so freely given us in the be-lov'd

in whom we have redemption through his blood

- forgiveness of our debts (not pushed or shoved);

in line with all the riches of his grace

that's lavished us with wisdom, insight, and

the knowledge of the mystery of (that face

that's brighter than the sun upon the sand) -

God's will, in line with pleasure focused on

him who brings on the fullness of all times,

to bring together all things in this one,

so everything in Heaven & Earth rhymes

in the anointed, we've inheritance;

appointed, destined, by the purposes

of him who works his counsel into us

who trusted Christ and praise his glor-ious-ness! …

dis (humanity) functions in dis way..

"Experience of much of human life,

the leadership of "gods" & "godesses",

is something scary, like holding a knife,

or scalpel blade." That's what one thinker says.

Its sharpened end: Discovering how to make 

reality to change, & come in line 

with my, or rather ou-r, hopes, to take

it on a journey where longings divine

are mixed with dreams, imaginings, all good.

It's made to come in line with them to make

some worlds to shine, more glisten, sing, as would 

a mother who can give, more than babe takes.

The other end, by which we handle blade

(that steers it, lets it caref'lly work for good)

is first to let our longings, be so made

that they with dreams, imaginings, then would 

be slaves of deepest goodness that brings on

a dreaming from Reality more deep

than atoms, molecules, and quarks'es songs,

that keeps them dancing, and can give us sleep.

To train ourselves to listen, look, and learn.

To train the kinds of dreams that we let live

within discretion-ar-y time, or spearn.

To bind our dreams & longings so they'll give

more order and adventure to this world,

more good to other people, for we know,

and we entrust ourselves to goodness hurled

into this Universe, so all will grow!

Play acting..

The acting out, the make believe, that's good,

the "fake it till you make it" kind of deal,

is great adventures' only way forward,

but can turn bad, if it is not for real...

For one way tries to stimulate the best.

The other simulates, to minimize

the work, and expectations so a test,

might not show what is right before your eyes.

The little cross (or "t") makes all the diff-

rence, one way is committed to what's real -

will let it's "cover be blown", wants no whiff

of that hypocrisy that eats a meal

at the expense of others who come by.

It plays games gladly, but as good-sports do.

It keeps the lines quite clear, & doesn't try

to blurr distinctions, 'n'hide behind a few.

One uses acting's pow'r for real change,

and growth in things it couldn't do before;

the other method is a bit deranged,

and hopes for some confusion in the  score.

It uses acting's pow'r to mean less change -

if surface change is made, and folk are tricked,

then energy's conserved, except the dang-

-er that (Yeshua warned of,) - makes folk sick;

with sickness that is worse than cancer's kind.

Those cells are fake - they look like body cells,

but will not follow orders, just keep blind-

ly doing their own thing, with powerful spells.
