If He goes away, then we are stuffed
scarecrows made of hay; not children chuffed!
What a privilege he's given us!
God, save us from sledge-ing and from fuss,
and stretch out your hand to help us stand
boldly in your strength to 'rrive at length
- not just on our own, but with a throng -
there before your throne, with dance & song! ...
