Impossible!?!?

The fear of man’s a dang’rous trap, but hey,

whoever trusts in God The Lord is safe.

So let’s hold on to hope we have from God,

we know he’s faithful. And where-e’er he's trod,

we’ll follow, to encourage and cheer on

each other in his love and deeds, anon.

And what appears impossible without

this God he surely does, without a doubt.

Oh what a diff’rent way to live: with him!

Impossibilities are growing dim.

Crossing ok?

I think so. God, I love you, and The Way
you've lately spoken to us. It is good!
And YOU don't just command us so we'll fail.
Your Way ain't worse than I am. And it should

be seen as better! Help me to make clear
all that I've seen you do in this ol' world
in words which plain and true, show you are near,
and help them see your flag has been unfurled!

Oh God please help me show your love that’s true,

in practicality, and so folk feel

the wondrous love and truth that come from you,

to honour, understand, and give, for real.

of Peace, God’s greatest leader who hast slain

He’s teaching me to trust the God who made

me first, to make my new body appear.

Once there was a little girl

who loved her daddy much

but somehow lost him in the world

as she grew up and such.

She felt she needed him again

(to be his little girl),

but she had changed to a woman

.. which seems so innocent of sin,

but not of thinking through

to let the truth of God come in

(respond in all you do)!

Respond by “joining right on in”

with good that’s going on

(and blow the flame of God again)

to make his family strong…

My Dynasty & House,

the “House of Paul” is not for me!

Words here are like “a mouse”…

A timid little creature which

is often not quite seen,

but that does not make it  “a witch”,

or “goblin” or demean

it to a fable, mythical,

that has been concocted;

it’s hiding too might be quite real,

lack of friendship: “doctored”?

I think we are, so far as I can see

just following that “OGRE”  acronym,

where “O” stands for Observing - CLE-AR-LY

and finding out the things that interest him!

(The lay of the land, the need of the hour,

the cry of the heart. List’ning like father

to cries of oppressed, who call out to him -

the sheep (without a shepherd) on the rim.)

The “G” stands for that Galvanizing flow

that makes something that would have been destroyed,

be  able now to do a task and know

it done, not just attempted in a void.

It seems to come in my mind from the love

of Christ which was compelling Paul back then,

the undergirding motive from above

which won’t let action stay “potential” when

it is connected with a bleating cry.

And “R” is for the Rousing that occurs,

the Rolling-of-the-sleeves to Ready my-

Responses, so that nothing now hinders.

Then “E” stands for Empow’ring, which is done

as God and humans work together right.

The Spirit of this God is poured out on

his people to encourage through the night,

the valley of the shadow of real death,

the night before the resurrection morn.

Let God take of our spirit, of our breath

and breathe on others so they’re newly-born!

Would he ever really let his secret out?

I felt like I could never obey him,

I listened to my church teachers quite well -

so well, indeed, I heard beyond their word

to nuances: the oft repeated bell-

tones, times, and smiles and frowns and whispered fears,

and all the time forgiveness from my sin,

instead of walking confidence, which hears

so deeply, then speaks words that travel in,

& bring their hope, and foster faith & love,

this week - to crush that serpent under heel.

O God, your attitude, come from above

us to this Earth, into he who could feel

the pain, the misery, and came to find

the children who came from your heart that’s true;

who loved them such that he would clean and bind

their dirty wounds, and staunch their bleeding too.

His walking into stories of back then

brought life and light, and love and hope, and peace,

and often either joy or scowls, for when

he chose the folk to hang out with (with ease),

it wasn't those who weekly “went to church”

(except they broke their self-imposed rules to

get close to Jesus, then, “left in the lurch”,

to learn from him the way to life, & you)!

And when they did they heard the strangest word,

I'm thinking still about it, daily like,

“Deny yourself, take up your cross (absurd?),

and follow after me my little tyke!”

..Father who IS..

I hope you're going well with your Father,
who IS in heaven, so as well, on Earth
(this womb-world's our placenta, we'd rather
have comfort from it's presence more than birth.

But I suspect the time is drawing near
when these weak bodies that get food and drink,
and air-in, waste-out, via it will sheer,
and with constraint, come out! What do you think?)

So in that sense I know that though I can't
see Father (or my Mother) while I'm there
within that womb-world, I won't worry, sha'n't
I soon see faces that will kill despair*!

I know some process may need to occur,
just as it did when birth brought "body-two",
& now my life in "body-one" 's so blurred
that I don't even recall things I'd do

on every day since first I got my legs
to kick and arms to hold, I am just told,

and I believe. And my child’s birth too begs

me see it’s plausible. I’ll now be bold,

and not demand that I must understand,

“all of the details and big principles”

before I will trust any helping hand -

every baby “shows up” that, when nipples

are accepted with their offered good milk.

For they are blindly trusting, in their mum!

Soon “body-three” takes over - when it’s “built”,

matured, and readied… I say Jesus come!

Blessing/Prayer

Well, what a blessing to bestow on them!

Just like that priestly blessing Aaron's sons

would bless God's people with when wearing hemmed

embroidered priestly garments and

May you today, be strengthened with the pow'r,

& boundless God's resources, so that you

will be able to pass through, even now,

we'll, any situation and endure

it with the courage and the joy of God!

This only happens when folk know this life

won’t be the final say, or steps we've trod.

Endurance, courage, joy, right in the strife!

For this one full month*:

This 4 March, while driving in my car
and list’ning (through some scriptures) to the One,
who is both Love and Truth’s source - there we are,
and these three Answers crystallize and come:

I’ll share unstoppingly, all of my life:
conversing, list’ning right throughout the day,
with my true Source of Wisdom (like my wife
-my helper) who would help me grow, yet stay.

I’ll meditate on, fill my mind with, truth,
and goodness, beauty, loveliness, what’s right,
and following that Model Man uncouth,
respond creatively to LIFE’s insight!

Connecting thus to “gold”, as though through veins,
I want to mine the richest here on Earth,
and knowing words can be a “hose” or “chains”,
I won't use words (or pictures) “done to death” -

(those used within this culture till they smell
just like that form of freedom that is bound,
and can't adapt to people very well)
& with creator’s help, find new ones round!

And simultane-yus-ly I will connect
with people who have not been “churched” at all,
or else feel burned, and then left derelict.
And I’ll do this as much as possible

(that’s A.M.A.P.), trying to express
creator's love quite practic’ly to them -
such actions, attitudes (while in this mess)
shine like that star which shone @ Bethlehem.

The LORD Yahweh, and Lord Yeshua

'How great is God, the Lord! - He’s taken me

despairing, and then given  living hope,

that’s growing and maturing 'coz it’s Jes-

us who himself is helping us to cope,

just like he did in those old stories where

he gave new eyes to blind men so they saw.

He always gave some room for faith to share

in all of his proceedings, not just “law”.

For God’s rep. Jesus, is our living hope,

that grows his faith in me, and shields me too

(that by his resurrection power) I’ll cope

with pain and suffering, the first death’s “zoo”,

with its attendant fearsome beasts that come.

Like “Daniel in the lion’s den”, he shuts

their mouths, and brings a joy and peace to glum

determination. With no further “but ..” ’s,

he brings God’s own “contentment in trouble”.

We'd never know what real contentment was

if we only lived in comfort’s bubble,

but as it is we can know it because

we do face troubles, where we can find him

to be our comforter, and too “Abba!”.

And though we haven't seen him, he's not dim,

we trust, and know, and love our big brother,

Who wasn't like a Cain, for he’s Able,

to hear requests, and act from mercy yet,

his joy gives us strength, makes us capable.

Oh, Lord you are the greatest we have met!

Txt: Hi dear ones. I'd love your prayers for the battle in my head at this time. Think there's some pretty deep rooted crap that God is bringing to the surface. It's painful and I'm really struggling to remember and hold onto truth.

Oh God, we're really glad that you use all
of life to let us grow beyond the womb
of this life where we have our names, like "Paul",
that it might not be unto us a tomb.

Please help our "sis", while she senses that weeds
are growing in the garden of her life,
somehow an enemy has planted seeds
of plants that unto embryos bring strife!

And though you aren't effected, like we are,
you know enough to know that we are weak
and in our present state we can't go far
with these things suffocating so to speak.

Please be the Garden-er of these two plots,
we don't seem able to do very much;
though if you tell us to do something (what's
for us to do), we'll do what we can such

as can be done by baby human "gods";
the children of the great God of all gods,
for you know what we have, and haven't got,
so you are realistic with us bods.

So here we are, and thinking of this fact,
we know that you are here, no less than us,
you might be even much more in contact
with all reality (and all our fuss),

than we ourselves are, even though we are
the ones who feel, and speak, and claim to know.
While I remember that, I'm glad that far
above us is you, whom we can trust so!
