An hour with a kaleidoscope of Phenomenal facts!
Waking to a new day’s bird song,
gently chorused by that throng.
Now alerted to the light show,
on at curtain-pull below.
Both at curtain-close (and open)
lovely lights erupt as then
curtain streams across the sky and
minds are focussed, or expand.
Neither covers up all light, some
still gets through from where it comes.
Shining gold the lead edge winks
tinging reds, or purples, pinks -
with the curtain-pull quite sparkly
strewing colours round quite stark-ly..
Purples, blue greys, greens appear here,
trees with flowers - yellow, white…
Dark green, light green, saplings, bushes,
orange/ red bricks I descry.
Curtain light-blue at the edges
lets the sun (& moon) shine through
Darker-blue, at times, in centre.
Yet the stars still scurry to
appointments… (though now hidden),
as we too also may do
on earth the same, through colours given
to birds, bees, and humans too.
